This historic home is said to be haunted by the apparition of an elderly African American maid wearing a black dress. She is reportedly a kind presence and even helps those in distress.

    This is very spirit filled home. Nothing negative or scary. Just a charming home with inhabitants who never want to leave.

  • Happily Haunted

    Gregg Hamilton is indeed haunted. It has a history of experiences by many who have lived there in the last 50 years. The current owners experience many sounds, odd occurrences and objects moving. Orbs have been photographed. Animals act strangely in certain areas, appearing to see something that people cannot see. Paranormal investigators have identified a number of spirits who exist comfortably with the home's inhabitants.
