Reviews
While visiting Vickburg we toured the McRaven House. We booked a historical tour because a ghost tour wasn't available that morning. We were the only people there and when I started asking questions about ghosts, they told all the stories they knew. Alot of violence occurred in the house and they found bodies buried on the grounds during renovations. While I was standing in the living room, listening to the tour guide I felt a brush against my hand strong enough that I looked down at it. Then when I looked back up there was a strong tug on my purse which made me look again. This continued several more times til the tour guide noticed. He asked if I felt a tug and went on to tell the story of a young boy whose visitation was in that room and many visitors have been touched or clothing, purses pulled on. My husband didnt believe me but it happened several times and made the hair stand up on my neck. Just from a historical perspective this house is fascinating. I would highly recommend!
